Pick Up & Delivery

​1. pick up LOCATION
Pick up is available from this homebased patisserie at 622C Punggol Central #06-294 Singapore 823622. 
  • Tuesdays to Sundays: choice of specific 1hr time-slot available from 10am to 5.00pm
  • Mondays & Public Holidays: Closed ​ ​
2. DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery Service
Our Islandwide delivery service is provided by professional delivery partner (3rd party) that specialise in food deliveries using car/van.
Drivers will pick up the baked goods according to your selected delivery time slot and deliver straight to the recipients :)

Delivery Fee & Surcharges
  • Free delivery for orders $150 and above.
  • $18 per location for orders below $150 (with minimum order amount of $29).
  • A surcharge of $3 from our delivery partner will be applied for delivery orders on eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays. 
  • A surcharge of $15 from our delivery partner will be applied for delivery orders to Sentosa Cove.
  • A surcharge of $25 from our delivery partner will be applied for delivery orders to restricted areas (For e.g. Airline Road, Aerospaces, PSA ports, SATS etc.).
  • Delivery service to Jurong Island is not available.

​Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, our delivery may vary 30 minutes before or after the stated time. We seek your kind understanding as certain conditions are not within our control. ​​
3. DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERIES TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS / BULK DELIVERIES WITHIN A DAY?
Need to send individual dessert gift boxes for your eg. corporate gifting/care pack/ baby full-month celebration/ wedding celebration to multiple addresses?  
We provide deliveries to multiple locations / bulk deliveries with a minimum delivery order to 5 locations in a day. 
  • Deliver fee: $9 per location.
  • ​Delivery Time Slot : Tuesdays to Sundays, 12noon to 6.30pm. Driver will deliver any time between 12noon to 6.30pm. If you require specific hour delivery please order via our website (note: pricing for order and delivery will be different)
The dessert gift box can be curated according to your budget requirements. Please WhatsApp Ashley at +65 9760 0144 for further discussion. ​

Pre-Orders

​1. PRE-ORDER / ORDER NOTICE
Please allow us at least 5 days notice in advance from the expected date of pick up or delivery. 
This is because all baked goods are baked to order, we do not have ready cakes at the moment. 

During Festive Seasons (eg. Lunar New Year, Mother's Day, Teacher's Day, Christmas): 
Please allow us at least 2-3 weeks notice in advance from the expected date of pick up or delivery.

Baking slots will be closed once orders are full.
2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ONLINE ORDER IS PROCESSED?
You will receive an auto-generated confirmation email within 3 working days upon the submission of your online order. Please WhatsApp us at +65 9760 0144 should you fail to hear from us.
3. Cancellation/ Refund policy
Contact us at enquiry@cheese-haus.com or WhatsApp to +65 9760 0144 if there are any changes to the order at least three (3) days in advance of the pick up/delivery date. 
No refund or exchange will be given once the product(s) have been pick up/delivered. 
4. SECURED PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by credit/debit cards (via Stripe Payment Gateway) on our shopping cart https://www.cheese-haus.com
SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data, ensure your details are safe. Cheese Haus do not hold any credit card details on record.
PayNow & PayLah payment methods are available for WhatsApp orders. 
Cash payment is not available.

General & Storage

​1. ARE THE CAKES HALAL CERTIFIED?
Our home kitchen is not halal-certified but all the ingredients used are halal-certified. All products do not contain alcohol, pork & lard which makes it Muslim-friendly :)  
2. ARE THE CAKES SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIAN?
Our cakes are vegetarian-friendly as we do not use any meat ingredients (no rennet, no animal-based gelatin etc) in our baked goods :)
3. ALLERGIES
We openly handle several allergens throughout our kitchens, including dairy, nuts, eggs, wheat and others. While we do our best to keep ingredients separate, we cannot guarantee that any of our baked goods are allergen free as we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve them.
4. SHELF-LIFE OF THE CAKES UPON PICK/DELIVERY
We recommend to consume our freshly baked cakes and pastries on the same day as there is no added preservatives.
