2. shelf-life of the cakes upon pick/delivery
We recommend to consume our freshly baked cakes and pastries on the same day as there is no added preservatives.

3. Cancellation/ Refund policy
Contact us at enquiry@cheese-haus.com or WhatsApp to +65 9760 0144 if there are any changes to the order at least three (3) days in advance of the pick up/delivery date.

4. Are the cakes Halal certified?
Though we are not halal certified, our products do not contain alcohol, animal products, gelatin.
5. Are the cakes suitable for vegetarian?
Our cakes are vegetarian friendly as we do not use any meat ingredients (no rennet, no animal-based gelatin etc) in our products.
6. Allergies
We openly handle several allergens throughout our kitchens, including dairy, nuts, eggs, wheat and others. While we do our best to keep ingredients separate, we cannot guarantee that any of our baked goods are allergen free as we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve them.

8. How do i know if my online order is processed?
